Shipping Policy

We prepare and ship every KURDY order with care. Here is what to expect.

Processing time: orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: Greater Cairo typically receives orders within 1 to 3 business days after processing. Other governorates usually take 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a call or message from our courier before delivery.

Shipping fees: fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order.

Cash on delivery: cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Please have the amount ready for the courier. Card payment and bank transfer options are also available at checkout.

Order tracking: once your order is handed to the courier we share the tracking details with you by phone or email.

Damaged or missing items: if a bottle arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

Address accuracy: please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, but we will always help you get your order.
